We are Building an Orphanage
Thank You!!! We are in the process of building an orphanage in India. We raised $23,000 for the 15 boys. Our original goal was to purchase the building above but now we have decided to actually build a new facility that is bigger. Watch for coming details, but - we need donations to help furnish this project. The property is purchased and registered. Let the building begin.
In July our donors sent $700 to Joshua (center picture) in India. He has rescued these 15 boys from begging on the streets. Supplies and new uniforms to get them into the school were purchased: shoes, socks, pants, belts, shirts, and ties.
Our "20/20" program is looking for 20 people to sponsor a boy at $20 per month. This would completely support this orphanage. Contact us for details.
January 2-11, 2013 Christmas in Ukraine!
Christmas in Ukraine! A small team of us headed back the first and second week in January. Since their Christmas was January 7th, we bought presents, supplies, and much more. Pictures and report coming soon.
In a time of darkness God shows Michael His heart and vision for the forgotten children. Living in the darkness of a world void of love and protection, these children break the heart of the Father. Send us a check or email for details. Make an $11 donation and all profits go back to help the kids. If you order multiple copies for friends we will offer them at half cost, $5 each. ORDER HERE
A review on Amazon.com states:
Reading "For the forgotten ones" many times brought tears to my eyes both for the plight of the children but also for the commitment and perseverance towards a vision and a dream of bringing about change in the world. At many times the thought that something had died would have stopped many people in their tracks, but not Michael. It is a great read, inspiring, uplifting and encouraging - keep working to bring change to these special children."
The Orphan Sunday campaign in Ukraine is on fire, with excellent leadership from the team at Ukraine Without Orphans. They’ve just released a film that weaves an unforgettable story in a 3-minute film. You don’t need to speak Russian to be deeply moved.
